Scheduled departures for six to ten guests: wine tours to Armenia, Georgia, Italy, France, Czechia and Austria, led by Brno-based sommelier Dante Minutello.
Every tour is a route I lead myself, usually for six to ten guests. The shortest is a day among the Moravian cellars around Brno, run privately for two to eight; the longest is eleven days across Armenia and Georgia, from karas to qvevri. Between them lie Piedmont, Friuli and Etna in Italy; the Jura, Beaujolais, Burgundy, Champagne and the Loire in France; a weekend in South Moravia, Czechia; and Austria from the Wachau to Burgenland.
I pour natural and classic wines side by side and let each winemaker make their own case. Each page lists dates, inclusions and a day-by-day itinerary. If no date suits, I run the same routes as private tours; the FAQ covers the practicalities.
