Content and photographs#
The texts are mine. Most photographs are other people’s work, published under Creative Commons licences; the credits page lists photographer and licence for each. The portrait of me is private. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to me and I will put it right.
Tour dates and prices published here are indicative until confirmed in writing. The terms we agree before you pay a deposit are the ones that bind us both.
Privacy, in plain words#
This is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no contact forms or user accounts. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner.
The fonts are served from this domain, not from Google or any other font host, so no third party learns that you were here.
The web server keeps a standard access log (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) for security and error diagnosis only. [Hosting provider, server location and log retention period.]
The WhatsApp and Telegram links on this site open third-party services. Once you tap one, their privacy policies apply, not mine. Email you send me stays in my mailbox and is used only to answer you and organise your tour.

Where I link to winemakers, hotels or reference works, I checked the page when I linked it; I have no control over what appears there afterwards.
